Windows 10: GroupMe does not work

Hi, I have been using a GroupMe chat on win 11 for years. It has disappeared over night. Entering the name in "Find Chats" yields no result. What is going on here?

I keep getting "Unable to load conversation" in GroupMe when trying to accept an invite. How can I fix this?
