Windows 10: PC only boots in safe mode, normal boot causes a blank screen and loading cursor indefinately

Discus and support PC only boots in safe mode, normal boot causes a blank screen and loading cursor indefinately in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; When booting Windows normally the screen is blank with a loading cursor indefinitely.     PC only boots in safe mode, normal boot causes a blank screen and loading cursor indefinately


    When booting Windows normally the screen is blank with a loading cursor indefinitely. I have reset Windows, and disabled all start-up programmes etc. But the problem still occurs. I am only able to boot Windows in safe mode. Any ideas what the issue is?
