Windows 10: You blocked my Lap top because of attack and I am colling your number +1866-771-0394 but...

I got message from you that I must call Microsoft windows tech. support imidiately because my comp. is under attack and therefore has been blocked for security reasons..I called the number you gave to me +1866-771-0395, and the women that I got told me to press ctrl alt and del at the same time and keep it pressed which I did but nothing chanbged and she broke the line. I tryed to call again but invain...Please, help me...what to do?

The Dell lap top starts up and then after a minute shuts off. It told me to go to this site "recoverykey.faq. what is my next step to correct this problem?

It's so easy, just a bit hidden, follow these steps:-

• Touch Phone Icon
• Touch "..." (bottom right)
• Click "Blocked Calls"
• Click Hamburger (top left)
• Click "Settings" (bottom lest)
• Toggle top switch from "Off" to "On"

I suggest you to perform the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: Hardware Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Sound. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Audio

Refer these steps:

  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
