Windows 10: Show Taskbar on all displays grayed out

I have two external monitors connected to my laptop. When I extend my display to the monitors, the taskbar does not show up on the monitors. When I want to enable the option, the option is grayed out.I found a solution here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/show-my-taskbar-on-all-displays-option-greyed-out/bd03fa11-e617-4b53-9d64-d633cea5de4d but the registry is missing from the location.Need your help

To resolve your concern regarding notification area, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Right click Taskbar.
• Select Properties.
• Untick Show taskbar on all displays; then, Apply.
• Drag the remaining primary monitor taskbar to the screen you want.
• Tick Show taskbar on all displays.

Outside temperature display in taskbar

I followed these steps exactly and the only thing showing in my task bar is a sun icon but not temperatures are being displayed.

If you are in build number: 14342, I suggest you to follow the steps below to
hide taskbar on second monitor and check if it helps:

• 
  Right click on the Taskbar and Go to
  settings.
  
• 
  Click on the taskbar option.
  
• 
  Under Multiple displays you can turn off the option for
  Show taskbar on all displays.
