Windows 10: How to remove a account from my pc that I can no longer access?

I got my Microsoft Account compromised by someone after getting a virus and was not able to get it back through the recovery request form, but the account is still on my pc with its old email. When I try to remove the account from my pc it redirects me to a log in, but the email "doesn't exist" because it was changed.I created a new microsoft account and I want to make it my new main, but I don't know how to proceed. It lets me remove my new account, but my previous account only give me a "manage" option.I already tried navigating to the Work & School section of my settings, but no account

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Just a quick recap, you've set up Windows Hello on a user account on your
PC that is associated with a business account you no longer have access to. Is that right? If that is the case, you could simply
remove the user account on your PC. You will need an administrator account in order to remove a user account. To remove a user account on your PC, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings>Accounts>Family & other users.
• Select the user account that you want to remove.
• Click Remove.
• You'll be prompted again, click Delete account and data.
  
  (Note: Removing a user account deletes all the data the is saved in it)

Upon removing that account on your PC, you can now set up Windows Hello.

Cannot access shared network drive


Personally, I wouldnt use Everyone. If anyone hacks into you, they have full access to everything and can demolish everything on your raid. I would rather set up accounts and access separately for each person. That way, I know who did all that damage. In the end with a little extra work, I feel more secure by using Authenticated Users.

step 1 create non-microsoft account and without email and address without admin rights
step 2 share a drive or folder to specific user account (if Everyone is listed, remove it)
step 3 set security > add Authenticated Users (if more than 1 account) or add specific users
step 3a remove Everyone from list
step 3b uncheck full control and write for all items listed except SYSTEM and Admin account.
step 4 right click Start > Computer Management > System Tools > Shared Folders > Shares ... to verify settings and change anything else. You can also see the number of connections to each share here.
