Windows 10: Regarding DCOM setting between Windows 10 LTSC 2021 & Windows Server 2003

I have a workstation grade PC with Windows 10 LTSC 2021 & at other side I have Server Grade PC with Windows Server 2003. I am trying to establish connection between both PC's via DCOM, but its not working. Can you help me in this how to establish the communication between both PC's via DCOM?

Can you show me the steps to convert window 10 LTSC 2021 Evaluation Edition to RTM window 10 LTSC 2021, i already try to did like, Start - cmd - Run as Administrator, type :

+ DISM /online /Get-CurrentEdition

+ DISM /online /Get-TargetEditions

+ DISM /online /Set-Edition:EnterpriseS /ProductKey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX /AcceptEula

But the step 3rd no working, pls help me to solve this problem, thanks

Does the Windows 10 LTSC 2021 has the license downgrade right to Windows 10 LTSC 2019?
