Windows 10: Windows 10 is stuck on "just a moment"

I have a problem with logging into the account in windows 10 after the clean installation. It gets stuck on the "just a moment" screen, I continued with the offline account, I wanted to enter the account manually from windows and it gets stuck on "just a moment" and says something didn't work. I installed the drivers and I have very good internet, I have to retry 3 times to the microsoft account to be able to enter the account and after I finished the introduction, I didn't get the windows license that was linked to the microsoft account, I have the same edition as last time.

Windows 10 Activation Stuck on "Just a Moment"

I've seen other posts about hanging on installs, but I am not trying an install. Just got a new Lenovo X1 Carbon with Win 10 installed. Powered up and went through a few activation steps. Chose the Express installation. Now I am stuck with a screen that
says "Just a Moment" with spinning circles. Tried to reboot, but it goes back to the same screen after booting every time. Any suggestions?
