Windows 10: Computer makes a buzzing sound then black screens. No blue screen, and then takes a while...

My guess is this a hardware problem. Computer is under warranty but i was wondering if this could be a software issue that is easily resolved before having to send in this work computer

Blue screen and buzzing sound

For the last few days weeks I have been getting a blue screen. Sometimes it doesn't and jsut lags my screen and ic ant do anything but blue screen is more frequent. Also when i try to open my laptop the lights on th epower is on but my screen is just black and i think it doesn't show the startup thing. I do not know what to do. The last blue screen came with buzzing laptop.

I already have the latest version of windows and my drivers.

 

Laptop buzzing screen sound

I've got a Dell Inspiron 640M and the lower left of the screen is making a buzzing sound then close after 30 seconds. It's not the video card since I can hook it up to an external screen without problem. Could it be the LCD inverter going out of business or the scren itself?

I wanna rebuild it since I don't actually own a laptop and it's a Quad 2 Duo cpu.
