Windows 10: IM using the Asrock B550m-HDV motherboard and i am struglling getting past "Install driver...

I've been at thing for over an hour and am struggling on what I'm doing wrong or what i should even download is this windows problem or is this just me being stupid

I have tried all of these steps, many of which were also mentioned in the thread I linked, but unfortunately none of them have worked.

I am using a custom built PC with an ASRock B550M-HDV motherboard.

Motherboard: ASrock B550M-HDV

OS: Windows 10

Cable works fine in other computers

Restarted router and no difference

not getting any connection or internet on pc

I see no adapters in network and sharing (control panel)

Would I need to do a clean OS reinstall

 

if the motherboard that im using doesnt have bluetooth support, can i use a bluetooth dongle to use bluetooth?

im using the asrock b650m hdv/m.2, which doesnt support bluetooth and wifi unless i get an m.2 card. im wondering if i can just get a bluetooth dongle to use bluetooth
