Windows 10: Motorola Smart Connect

Im using the Smart connect software that works with my phone for windows and have been having issues with it constantly running in the background reinitializing the connection and burning out my phone battery, ive attempted to end task within task manager, and create a batch file/shortcut to speed up the process but it just refuses to stay off, ive uninstalled it in the mean time due to how much it stressed me out just trying to figure out how to undue all of the regedit that a chatbot walked me through, i just reinstalled windows instead. If any one else has a better option that actually prod

6230i connectivity to Motorola Bluetooth device

I am trying to get my new 6230i to connect to my Motorola Bluetooth device. The phone sees the Bluetooth in my Audi A6 and works fine. And, my prior phone, a 6230, sees both the Audi and the Motorola earpiece just fine. But the 6230i doesn't find/pair
with the Motorola unit...any suggestions would be much appreciated...

Business Contact will not run on Motorola Q

I installed Business Contact Manager mobile and it shows that everything is synced. When I try to run Business Contact Manager on my Motorola Q it will open to a Contact Summary tab with partial information for the first contact listed in my BCM contacts.
I can side step over to the history tab and comment tab only. I have a menu option button that only gives me 3 options. Edit, Delete or Copy contact. I do not get the list of contacts as shown in the tutorial online.



Any suggestions?
