Windows 10: Unable to install Forticlient VPN window 64-arm on new Surface Pro 11

I was not able to install Forticlient VPN window 64-arm on new Surface Pro 11. The set up wizard ended prematurely. Is the snapdragon CPU incompatible with Forticlient VPN? I need the connect with VPN for work. Outside of replacing the surface pro with something intel or AMD based, what else I should do?

Forticlient VPN doesn't connect in Windows 11

Forticlient 6.4.7 and 7.0.2 have Windows 11 support now.

Anything older is not support or tested.
Installation requirements | Administration Guide

1. Note VPN client settings & backup them up
   
2. Remove Forticlient
   
3. Check your computer hardware is supported in Windows 11 (mostly nic/wifi)
   
4. Updated your NIC/WIFI Drivers for your hardware.
   
5. Update nic/wifi firmware if possible
   
6. Install Forticlient 6.4.7 or 7.0.2 or newer builds
   
7. Configure your VPN connection from scratch/new profile.

Forticlient App on Surface Pro

I have installed the Forticlient App on the new Surface Pro as the old Forticlient Software would not load. HI have set it up the way the guide states however when we go to connect we get this this every time.
