Windows 10: Windows 10 Taskbar Randomly Freezing & Reloading Across Multiple PCs

Hello, We are experiencing a recurring issue across multiple Windows 10 machines where the Taskbar freezes randomly during normal usage. Here's a breakdown of the issue: The Taskbar goes into a “loading” state, and open apps on the Taskbar cannot be clicked. Clicking on icons has no effect during this time. After a few seconds, the screen refreshes as if Explorer restarts, and the Taskbar starts functioning normally again. This happens multiple times daily on all affected computers. The issue is consistent across different systems and user accounts. This behavior is disrupting product

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
