Windows 10: Wifi and Bluetooth issue on laptop

I am a student and I had purchased a HP 15s on July 3, 2024. Since August, I have been continuously facing wifi issue. Sometimes bluetooth also. My laptop doesn't connects with my wifi or mobile hotspot even after trying multiple times restarting, resetting or reinstalling the driver sometimes it works but just for few hours and sometimes it doesn't.I have been contacting customer care since August and had remote access service 3 times and just in March, I got my wifi device replaced under warranty. But still again I am facing the same issue.I have tried a lot of times and now I am tired. It

I tried the steps that suggested by you, but didnt worked. Still wifi nd bluetooth not working. Please understand.

i'm running win 10 1607

i have i did a speed test when I'm connected to skype (wifi) with a Bluetooth headset and the WiFi set to wpa2/wpa. the WiFi speed drops below 1Mbps.

the speed is normal without Bluetooth.

I can't use my Bluetooth device with wifi the speed deteriorates too much.

I would suggest to perform some basic troubleshooting steps by following the article to find out the reason and to update the Bluetooth driver.

Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

• Search Device Manager using Cortana.
• Right click Bluetooth drivers and select the Update driver software.

Check also if the Bluetooth service on your laptop is enabled by following this steps:

• Press Windows key + R and type service.msc
• Search for Bluetooth Support Service.
• Right click on the Service and click on Enable.
