    Hi Guys,I have just purchased a new Surface Pro 11th Edition and when trying to pair my Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro Earbuds only the right side is connecting. I have disconnected and reconnected again but the same thing is happening. When I pair them to my old laptop DELL Vostro both connect and work perfectly and the same goes for phone, there are no issues connecting and both earbuds work fine. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is this an issue with the Surface Pro? Any advice/support welcomed.

    It sounds like your computer is having sound issues when using Galaxy Buds2 Pro.



    I checked the manual and couldn't find anything about connecting to Windows.

    And I contacted Samsung customer service. Samsung customer service said there was no information to connect to Windows.

    Galaxy Buds2 Pro Sound Cutting out / no sound Windows 11

    FYI I am having the same darn problem with the Galaxy Buds2 Pro.

    Audio failing. Plays for a couple of seconds then cuts out.

    Win 11 Pro current + Galaxy Buds2 Pro current updates 2/22/2023.

    Intel NUC Gen 10 i7 all intel drivers current.

    Currently waiting for someone to answer the voice chat on the Samsung site.

    I tried updating the Galaxy Buds2 Pro Hands-Free drivers with the Microsoft Driver and this did not resolve the issue.
