Windows 10: Can I get through to Roblox support

I tried to login to my account then it failed coz my previous phone was completely dead and I lost access to my google authenticator and I didn't open 2-step email verification and also didn't copy backup code so I can't loginI went to Roblox support and filled the form but the bot keeps on telling me to try again laterI need assistance from someone pls
