Windows 10: SPCA 2082 WebCam not working - HP 15-e 000 series

Hello, I don't thik that i am alone with this issue!Normally the name of my webcam is HP true vision and now after an Win update the webcam turned to this SPCA 2082 pc and of course my webcam is not working!I tried to several things like deleted apps camera and youcam who were installed from the begining and nothing changed.I am looking on several forum and no solution, i tried also the microsoft webcam trouble program and it said that i have two webcams installed and no solutions.please tell me what to do to retrieve my webcam because it caused me a lot of troubles for my meetings.Thanks i

I am still having this problem with my HP Pavilion 15 Touch Notebook PC. This webcam stopped working after my update to Windows 10 from 8 over a year ago. I was hoping to see a solution on the web about this but am not. My webcam doesn't work with windows
apps like Camera or Skype. Please publish steps that restore this hardware functionality. The driver has been the same since 2006 and doesn't update or rollback. Thank you, Chris
