Windows 10: wanting help on resetting a computer. Can't Login to the computer.?

I am Natalie Brown- a leasing agent- at my property we have 3 computers the login. That I can't access for my residents . Is it possible to reset the computer with a account login?

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.

  Are you able to login to Microsoft Account on Web?

  Have you installed any language pack?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Help resetting my computer ?

I’ve lost access to login as admin and I’ve followed suggestions on how to fix. Unfortunately I’ve been unsuccessful.

My last resort is to reset my computer but it keeps telling me error. I thought for sure I could reset. All help is always appreciated.
