    Microsoft support not calling after sending requests or keep ignoring


    I paid USD 200 for a Windows 10 product, had a hardware change, now unable to activate Windows. Contact support multiple times, they keep ignoring me and close my request. What I can do? I hope they can show some respect…

    I would Imagine that ease of fix combined with most popular help to set the prioity list for Microsoft.

    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.


    • Press windows key, and type Contact Support.

    • Select Services and apps.

    • Click on Windows.

    • Click on Technical Support.

    • There you will be able to contact the Technical support.
