Windows 10: Laptop won't boot after installing a 2nd ram stick

Laptop model : HP Victus 16 d-1000laCPU: Intel Core i7-12700HRam:SODIMM SDRAM DDR5 4800 SPEED 4800 MT/sSo i installed the 2nd ram stick and didn't give video but fans were spinning, after some time the caps lock key blinked 4 times at the same speed then 2 faster, tried disabling bitlock encryption in case it was somehow messing something up but no, tried using the new ram stick on its own and it workedused it in both slots[did the same with the one that came with the laptop] but when i used the two no matter where i placed them it didn't workdid the same no video and caps lock light blinki

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

Is my ram stick dead ?

I have just done a restart and my computer won't boot anymore. So I removed one of the ram sticks (channel 3) and it booted immediately. Then I tried with the removed ram stick and it didn't boot at all. I am suspicious that one of the sticks is dead.any suggestions?
