Windows 10: automatic upgrade to windows 11 without my consent

is it possible my windows 10 laptop to got updated to windows 11 inspite of me rejecting it. I did not want the upgrade, and u refused all the envitatuon to do thtat, but suddenly one day I oppened my laptop and i saw it upgrading to windows 11

Windows 11 upgrade without consent

My windows upgraded to windows 11 while in sleep mode without my consent. How do I go back to windows 10, restore my previous settings and eliminate the possibility of this occurring again?

 

Upgrading to windows 11

I have a few questions about windows 11...

1. How many GB it is? when my pc suggested the upgrade yesterday, it said it's about 4GB just want to be sure.
   
2. I'm using a windows 10 pro so if I upgrade, will it upgrade to a windows 11 pro?

I have Windows 11 which was automatically upgrade from windows 10 without my consent. Now my tech support says there is no license for this program and wants to charge me $200 to install the license for windows 11-- or it will expire and crash-- Is this true
