Windows 10: BSOD "CRITICAL PROCESS DIED" please help...

This started when trying to restart or shutdown my desktop, It keeps on going to BSOD saying critical process died each and every time I restart or shutdown. I can't reset the pc because when restarted or shutdown it goes BSOD, I can't reinstall windows because when restarted or shutdown it goes BSOD, I can't check anything because when restarted/shutdown It goes BSOD, It cancel's everything, please help...

Sorry for late reply, but I was busy... So here are the pictures:













- - - Updated - - - Additional information, my SSD has been checked several times and has no errors/problems and works 100%. And unfortunately I don't have any backups except for a copy from the already broken Windows drive.
