I’m looking for guidance on proper licensing using Windows Server Standard for internal development and testing in a VM-based workflow.Setup Overview:I have a licensed Windows Server Standard installation.From this, I prepare a base VM image that includes stable dependencies required for our internal tool.This base image is intended to remain unchanged for long periods, acting as a clean foundation for tool-specific VMs.Two Usage Models:Model 1 – Shared Prepared Image:I clone the base image, install a specific version of our internal tool, and export this "shared image" to a group of developer
