Windows 10: Windows 11 - Automatic Repair and Diagnostics Bluescreen Loop

I'm stuck in a loop on windows 11 automatic repair, "Your PC did not start correctly". I have already tried booting in safe mode, but same loop but this time error is something to do with "Srttrail.txt" file in system. System won't let me do anything, not even letting me reset the windows, not that I want to. The only thing I can access is the boot menu and CMD. I tried following some solutions on the forums using CMD, but most of the commands either prompts "Access Denied", or "...is not recognized as interal or external command". I have already run "chkdsk", it prompted no bad clusters. P.S.

Here are the steps I generally recommend to fix automatic repair boot loops:

Use Check Disk Utility

Fix Boot and Rebuild BCD via Command Prompt

Restore Windows Registry

Delete the Problematic File

Disable Automatic Startup Repair

Check Device Partition and OsdevicePartition

Perform Refresh or Reset Your PC
