Windows 10: Why is my laptop displays "To skip disk checking, press any key within 8 seconds." every...

This is a regular occurrence. It happens without fail every time I boot up my laptop. All the information that I have gathered is:It started happening after an update, but I cannot pinpoint any specific update.It happens every time. If I click any keys, it skips the disk checking and goes directly into booting up.I have skipped disk checking multiple times and it does not create any noticeable change.I have checked the Up time of processor, and it does reset after every boot.If not skipped, it checks and repairs the C drive.Due to this option, boot times have changed from average of 10s to 30s

It took about 2 hours and it didnt find any problems.

It no longer shows

"To skip disk checking, press any key in # seconds"

on startup anymore.

Help can't skip chkdsk on startup because there no 8 second time to press any key to skip, how to fix this?

So basically when i start my windows start, there is no way to skip fixing disk because usually there 8 second to skip that, but in my case there no 8 second to skip chkdsk, i can't press any key to skip chkdsk on startup

Can someone please help me?

Do you just have the one drive on your PC?

When you say it is no longer are seeing the 'To skip disk checking . . .' is your Disk still being checked anyway?
