Windows 10: I need help with my pin to log in my pc

When i put the correct pin it says “Your credentials could not be verified” then after is “something went wrong and your PIN isn’t available status: 0xc000006d, substatus: 0x0” So i then click onto setup my pin where it says my password is incorrect which im pretty sure it is correct so i try reset my password and try get a code messaged to me; however, i then get this “That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method.” but i dont have any other verification methods. It really bothering me as i cant access my pc and dont know what to do

1. Use Microsoft Account Password: Try logging into your account using your Microsoft account password instead of the PIN. If you can log in, navigate to "Settings" > "Accounts" > "Sign-in options". Here, you should be able to remove the old PIN and set up a new one.
   
2. Reset PIN in Safe Mode: Restart your PC and enter Safe Mode. Then, navigate to "Settings" > "Accounts" > "Sign-in options". Try to reset your PIN here.
   
3. Delete NGC folder: If you're comfortable doing this, you could try deleting the contents of the NGC folder, which is where Windows stores PIN information. Here are the steps:
   
   • Log into your account using your Microsoft account password.
     
   • Navigate to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft.
     
   • You should see a folder named "NGC". Right-click on it, select "Properties", uncheck "Read-only", and click "Apply".
     
   • Now, open the NGC folder, select all the contents inside, and delete them.
     
   • After this, restart your PC and try to set up a new PIN.

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Click on Sign-in options on the log on screen. Select Microsoft account.
• Try logging in using Microsoft account and password.
• Once you log into the system, try to change the PIN under accounts/sign-in page.
• Select the Start
  
  button, then select
  Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.
• Try to reset the PIN.

You can change your PIN by following the steps below:

• Open Settings (keyboard shortcut: Windows + I) > Accounts >
  Sign-in options.
• Under PIN, click on Change.
• Enter your current PIN, enter and confirm the new PIN, then click OK.
