Windows 10: flip camera on HP desktop

HII need to flip the images on my camera on the HP desktop. I have googled and there is no place on my PC in settings that says FLIP. It's a three year old machine. 2023. Not old but so confused!ThanksDiana

Please follow these steps:

• Type troubleshooting in the search box on taskbar and click on it in.
  
• Click "View all" and then click "Hardware and Devices".
