Webpage dropdowns only work in Edge


Hi,..

I have no real suggestions for you, but I tried the link you provided on two different 10 machines. Each machine has 3 browsers....( Firefox, IE11, and Edge. Each machine is fully updated.

Firefox, ( Fully Updated ) IE 11, and Edge . I can get the dropdowns to work in IE 11 and Edge, But the dropdowns will not work in Firefox.

cdn error due to which page not load, dropdown list not working in only one website, it works fine in others pc. i tried basic methods to solve the error but it persists.

My terminology was incorrect. I mean snapping the window to the side.



I haven't tried the monitor fixes, but I did try the right click fixes, which didn't work. Two examples of non-right click related issues.

• Excel: Filter dropdown will not work. I snap excel to the side, and it works again.
  
• Chrome / Edge: I'm unable to enlarge a video to full screen. I snap the browser to the side, and it works again.
  

In both of the cases above, Once it works again, I can maximize the screen, and it will continue working until the problem pops up again. There is no discernable pattern for me to help with the root cause.
