Windows 10: Upgrading to Win11. Keep getting error 0x800f0805.

Upgrading to Win11 from Win 10. Keep getting error 0x800f0805. The machine does qualify for the upgrade. I ran the Windows Update advanced trouble shooter. No issues found. I restarted the Background Intelligent Transfer Services and Windows Update. I also ran DISM and SFC. Nothing has helped. I do have the CBS log but can't seem to open it to determine what may be in error.

Thank you for the reply. I include my feedback on the issue:

I performed a clean boot according to the steps. On this boot I tried,

• Updating through Windows Update (threw error 0x800f0805)
• Updating through Windows 10 Update Assistant as the link suggested (threw error 0x8007001f).

 

Error Code: 0x800f0805, Windows 10 Home, Version 1607

This issue might be caused by corrupted system files. We want to know what happened on the resolution that was provided by
David Haz? Have you tried performing the troubleshooting steps that he suggested? Also, we want to know if you’re still getting the error message 0x800f0805?

I have tried every single troubleshooting step listed everywhere on this site and many others. The only time I've seen this fixed is when someone shared some logs and schema.dat and Components something or other and a "rebuilt schema" was sent back so I already included those in this link
