Windows 10: Lost Windows product key after resetting Computer

For context, I canceled a windows shutdown process and somehow it caused the whole computer to glitch out and not work. It caused windows to corrupt and so I reset the pc and now Windows can't find my windows product key. Prior to this issue my Microsoft account and digital license were linked on this computer. I also upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11.This is not my first time resetting my computer before to get a fresh start but I have never lost my digital license during the process of resetting. I am logged into my Microsoft account on my computer. Also my Microsoft account still shows

Lost of Product Key

I bought my Laptop in July 2015 with the Home and Student Microsoft Word. When I refreshed my computer I lost the Product key and I could not find the CD that contain the product key. What shall I do please suggest and help.
