Windows 10: Why is my laptop screen dark with my cursor???

For some context, I booted up the computer a dell laptop from about 2 years ago and I loaded Microsoft edge to play pokerouge. It doesn't work on opera. Anyways, I loaded the game up, and I gave it my account. Then it turned black. None of the commands work for some reason. I have looked at so many posts on this site and it doesn't work. I tried safe mode also. I need my PC.

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

Issue: Mouse cursor

Method: 1

This issue may occur due to corrupt mouse drivers or settings.

I would suggest you to run hardware and devices troubleshooter
and check. Please follow these steps:

a. Type troubleshooting in the search box on taskbar.

b. Click troubleshooting in the search results.

c. Click "View all" and then click "Hardware and Devices".

d. Click "Next" and follow on-screen instructions.

Please also update chipset drivers from the computer manufacturer's website
and check.

Issue: Scree goes dark.

Method: 2

You may try to update the display and drivers and check if it helps you.

• Click start
• Type devmgmt.msc in Start Search
• Expand display driver and right click on the driver and select the option
  Update Driver.
• Restart the computer and check.

sporadic dark screen

I don't know where to go to lengthen the time my screen doesn't go dark or to screensaver. If I don't stay right by the cursor and move it the screen goes dark.
