Windows 10: Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF9, Install failed. Please...

I cannot find Microsoft Store in Apps & Features nor the xbox app and the calculator app, calendar app, mail app and others will not open.I tried to reinstall Microsoft Store using powershell but I got this error : Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF9, Install failed. Please contact your software vendor. Exception from HRESULT: 0x80073CF9 I also tried resetting my PC but when I try it says "There was a problem resetting your PC No changes were made.

Hello everyone!

I've been dealing with this issue for a couple of days now, still trying to figure it out.

Basically, windows settings won't open when I click on it. The same goes for the updated app if I try to search for it in the search box or if I try to open the updater up from the Microsoft website itself.

So what I've tried is, to create another user, and on that one, it works. The thing is, I don't want to move to a new user because the settings files are very large to move over.

So what do I do?

Does anyone know anything about this error that came up in cmd/PowerShell? > Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF9

This showed up after running the following command

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name windows.immersivecontrolpanel | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml” -Verbose}

I also tried sfc /scannow

I tried different options.
