Windows 10: how o fix no mic and ound on call of duty

i cant get any of my sound to work propoerly. any speaker any headset. im trying to play call of duty using a bluetooth headset with mic. the sound saometimes comes out but the mc wont work anymore. i pplay through battlenet

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.

 

Call fo Duty infinite war crashes

• Is this happening on a specific game only?

as the title says, this happens on Call Of Duty Infinite War. This is the only game I have installed. It costed me 49.90 euro.

• What was the exact error message you have received?

None. The game starts and then after 10 seconds quits. That's it.

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

None. I only checked the events. See replies above.

 

How to fix internal mic and camera?

My laptop internal mic and camera are not being detected. I have them turn "on" in the settings, but when i goto devices, there is no camera or mic listed. I ran troubleshooter, and i went all the way through all of the fix attempts to the end where it says there are no more fixes, and nothing worked.
Since they are not listed, i cannot update their drivers.
