Windows 10: When using phone link on my computer, I can hear the person I called but this person cannot...

I love my phone link on my computer but recently when I called somebody, using my phone link on my computer I can hear this person talking but this person cannot hear me. I ensured that my build in microphone is enable but yet I am unable to make a decent call. Can anybody suggests a solution to this problem please?

This is not helpful. I have gone through the steps. My microphone is working. Volume is up. The person I am calling (or the person calling me) cannot hear me.

Please be informed that Skype is an inbuilt feature in Windows 10 phones which cannot be uninstalled.

However, if you want to get rid of your Skype contacts from the phone's contact list, follow the below steps.

1. Go to Settings > Account & sync > Skype, and from the menu button, select "Remove" and tap "OK" on the prompt.

2. Open up the Skype app, and log in again. This time, choose not to sync your Skype contacts when given the option.

Cannot hear other person in call

Hi,

I have a Lumia 620, and I'm having exactly the same problem. I had no problem hearing calls until 2 or 3 months ago, then when automatic updates were installed, I suddenly couldn't hear any calls. The volume for music, ringtones and notifications are fine,
but if I make or receive a call I can't hear a word the other person is saying, they can hear me perfectly well. If I put the call on speaker phone I can hear the person on the other end of the phone, but that isn't ideal in public places. It's rendering the
phone almost useless, I just hope I never need to make an emergency call.
