Windows 10: access exchange webmail without re-direct

I'm trying to import mail from exchange 2007 to Google Workspace.IIS is set to redirect requests from http://webmail.myorg.org only redirect requests to content in this directoryIn the "Configure Data Migration Service" on workspace, I fill in the info and click START.I get the message:"The provided URL returned an HTTP 300 series status code, indicating a redirect to another URL", even if I put https://....How do I get the the secure site without re-directing? Help.

Ms Outlook Webmail Access !!

Outlook Webmail Access is used by various forms of Exchange Server accounts. The university where I teach uses Office 365 and provides Outlook Webmail Access to its employees who can access their email, calendar, contacts, etc via the web or who can sync
to the account via the Outlook Desktop software or via any mobile phone that supports Exchange Server email....including windows phones. You should have no problem setting up a windows phone to access your company email, in a similar fashion as the Blackberry
mobile that you are accustomed to using.

 

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
