Windows 10: VPN keeps crashing my PC , I was wondering if anyone knows a fix to it

Hello , I have a problem where everytime my PC detects that a VPN is active , It immediately blue screens my PC and restarts. I have tried different VPNs and still same problem . Any Idea how i can possibly fix this . I have WINDOWS 10 and i already reinstalled a new WINDOWS 10 to see if it would fix it but it did not.
