Windows 10: Rare gems unavailable

Discus and support Rare gems unavailable in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Whilst playing bejewelled blitz two of my rare gems Fanzanite and the Orange House are coming up as unavailable.     Whilst playing bejewelled blitz two of my rare gems Fanzanite and the Orange House are coming up as unavailable. It's been like that for a week. Because of this I can't play blitz champion games or other games that ask for Fsnzanite. I also keep winning the orange house and it just adds to the number of unavailable ones. I cant seem to find anyone to contact who can fix this. Player ID 719247012

    What are Windows 10's Top 5 Hidden Gems?

    TIL that W10 contains an app ("connect") that allows you to display the screen of a smartphone on the PC monitor in a very simple way and not just that, you can use the PC keyboard to enter text or navigate. Even audio gets transmitted. It took me four years to find that out.
    I was wondering what might be the other "hidden" gems of W10 I have never heard of.
    Any suggestions for the top 5 list??

    Every time I go to the bank to get more gems, I get a note saying I already have 40 gems and go to games/library to get them. Where are they and how do I get them?

    Wireless mouse "driver is unavailable" issues

    The error Driver is unavailable means that there is no available driver installed for your mouse that’s why it is not working. We suggest that you check the mouse driver from the device manager. Follow the steps below:

    • Open Device Manager.
