Windows 10: Blackscreen upon closing game

Hi, for a few weeks I've been getting random blackscreen when I exit my games. I haven't unfortunately been able to get a repro since it's really random but I've digged in the event viewer and found interesting data from "Windows Error Reporting" and they are all put in this file : https://gist.github.com/Mathu-lmn/c954bcfca77618f18175171d7979b2ffAny help is appreciated !

Blackscreen fullscreen bug on certain games

Hi, just wondering if anyone had or have the same issue playing assassin's creed origin or any other Ubisoft games, here is the problem blackscreen game/intro/hard reset (no audio) ... blackscreen
minimized/closed/(audio) hard reset only happens in fullscreen so i brought a new build gtx 1060 6gb, ryzen 1500x ddr4 8gb and guess what
same problem occurs, if anyone from Microsoft or anyone knows a fix i would very much appreciate it as it really does seems like this is software related and that i mean a conflict between uplay and Window 10.

Windows 10 Store: After recent update, app force closes

Thanks for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

To assist you better, I would like to know; which all troubleshooting steps you have tried?

I would suggest you to runshell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.
