  1. System Interrupts and Services Host : Windows Event Log consume a lot of CPU

HelloFor a few days after turning on my laptop, I have been seeing that the laptop fans are spinning rapidly. When I go to Task Manager, I see that the services Host : Windows Event Log and System Interrupts are taking up a lot of CPU and the laptop is slow. Sometimes, after a few minutes, I encounter the blue screen of death.I have tried many solutions and even reset the laptop once, but it still doesn't change. Can anyone help me how to fix this problem?I am using Windows 10 Pro The laptop model is: Precision 3520

Service Host: Local Service consuming all availible physical memory at login

I have a laptop with 8.0 Gb of memory, but I have noticed after login while the desktop is loading up all the way the SVCHOST.exe entry for Local Service consumes almost all my memory available, growing to 4Gb in size. but after everything settles down,
and everything is loaded up (startup programs, etc.) the size used by the process shrinks down to around 11.0 Mb. I have watched it during this activity and 7.9 Gb gets consumed in total before it starts to settle down. normal amount of memory consumed by
the system (at idle on the desktop) is around 3.2 Gb with 4.6Gb available. Is it normal for so much memory to be consumed after logging into windows?

Processes controlled by Service Host: Local Service

    COM+ Event System

    Connected Device Platform

    Diagnostic Service Host

    Function Discovery Provider Host

    Network List Service

    Network Store Interface Service

    Windows Font Cache Service

    Windows License Manager Service

    WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service

System Log Errors & Windows Services 'hanging' at start-up

For 2 weeks I have been trying to stabilize my HP TouchSmart 520 PC, after upgrading to Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. The fundamental problem is that I can't seem to get a good, clean reboot without going through a lot of gyrations and restarts. Here
    are the symptoms:

    • When I boot-up my system I often get 2 -3 services which often consume 100% of the CPU:
      • Service Host: Local Service (Network Restricted) ------------ svchost.exe
      • WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service-----------svchost.exe
      • Microsoft Office Click-to-Run Client -------OfficeC2RClient.exe
    • When I boot-up and see any one of these services using > 30% CPU Utilization - Microsoft edge will open, but will not function. The Windows
    • Process Activation Service (WAS), is generating errors which are recorded in this log.
"The WAS service was terminated with the following error: The data is invalid." (Event ID: 7023).

Several services depend on the WAS service. The next error in the system log reads, "The NetTcpActivator service depends on the WAS service which failed to start because of the following error: The data is invalid." (Event ID: 7001)

Next System Log error message, "The NetPipeActivator service depends on the WAS service which failed to start because of the following error: The data is invalid." (Event ID: 7001)

Next System Log error message, "The W3SVC service depends on the WAS service which failed to start because of the following error: The data is invalid." (Event ID: 7001)

Next System Log error message, "The NetMsmqActivator service depends on the WAS service which failed to start because of the following error: The data is invalid." (Event
    ID: 7001)

"The system firmware has changed the processor's memory type range registers (MTRRs) across a sleep state transition (S4). This can result in reduced resume performance." (Event 137)

There are other unpredictable issues such as apps hanging, not opening, sluggish performance, etc.

I have run the System File Checker and the DSIM program, I have run 'repair installs'. I have disabled all start-up services using the Task Manager. Some things make marginal improvement, but I have yet to stumble across the ultimate fix.

    Any advice? anyone?
