  1. Computer Randomly crashing/restarting Event ID 1796/1014/10016

So I have no idea why my computer has been crashing/restarting but it is happening at random intervals. As stated in the above question I have been getting those three error codes every so often when it happens, but not every time and I would love for my computer to be stable while I am doing stuff on it.I do have a recent dump file that I can provide, I just would need to know where to put it so that I can further assistance.

    :)

  2. Event IDs 10016, 1014, and 7023

    Hi Jhonson,

Event ID 10016 and 10010 are generic and are not related to random reboots.

Is it a desktop or a laptop? Have you checked for driver and BIOS updates?

  3. Event IDs 10016, 1014, and 7023

After the 1903 update my system had started to exhibit increasingly unstable behavior with periodic episodes of becoming totally unresponsive and requiring a forced reboot. During this period, these episodes seem to have coincided with Event ID 10016 and
Event ID 10010. Yesterday, my computer become unable to reboot - going to a black screen after the initial boot process - and necessitating a complete reinstallation of Windows 10. I am now still getting event ID 10016, now accompanied by 1014 and 7023. How
can I get these errors to stop, as they also seem to be affecting the performance of the computer, causing frequent lag.

Below is the specific data for the most recent set of errors.
