Windows 10: Power BI: How do I calculate the average of a column when another column value is "x", but...

Hi there, I am new to Power BI and am trying to figure a few things out. Firstly, I want to code a measure for a dataset that calculates the average for a column "share price", but only the first "buy" share price if a different columns previous value was "sell". In simple forms I am trying to calculate the average "share price" when another column is "buy", but only the initial "buy" "share price" after the previous column was a sell. It is kind of tough to explain, but I hope that is clear enough. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I have a data in my matrix table. I have data in my column and row which is in alphabetical order, but I need to reorder the rows and the columns in my power bi desktop which is not in the alphabetical order. How do I reorder the matrix rows and columns?

After trying to create this trigger:

DECLARE
closed_in_jan EXCEPTION;

EXCEPTION

RAISE_APPLICATION_ERROR (-20101,We are closed in January.');



I get this error:

ORA-04073 column list not valid for this trigger type
Cause
A column list was specified for a non-update trigger type.

Action
Remove the column list.


I've tried researching but can't find out what a column list is!

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
