Windows 10: My games crash when I play single player

My games seem to be crashing only when I play single player modes. This does not happen when I play online, such as when playing R6 or marvel rivals.I have tried to check if the issue is with my ram, however, when testing using the windows memory diagnostic there seems to be no issue. I have tried to reinstall my games, reset my laptop and move all my games to an external SSD, but the issue has not been fixed.I have also been getting crash errors such as Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0xffffffffffffffff. This happens with games running on UE and on unity.I wish

as i said if you immediately play a single player game after a multiplayer game then the anti cheat of the multiplayer game can still be active so it can make the single player game crash restart the pc to force close the anti cheat, directly play a single player game and see if it crashes. if multiple single player games crashed and you didnt play a multiplayer game before them then something else is causing the problem please directly play pure single player games that have no anti cheat after you restart the pc and let me know what happens. dont play a multiplayer game in single player mode because the anti cheat is still there

 

Multiplayer games crash on my partners pc but single player games work fine

Hello, my partner is experiencing problems when trying to play online games with me after about 20 mins the game crashes and gives him errors. Last night he left a single player game running for 6 hours and not a single crash. He has uninstalled graphics and reinstalled it he has fresh installed windows 11 he's updated all his drivers for everything but nothing seems to work. He has even sent his pc back to the person that upgraded it for him he reset/updated the bios but the issue still is there.

As an initial troubleshooting step I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Unity Web Player from Programs and features and check the status of the issue.

To uninstall programs, go to Settings.

• On the Start menu, then select Settings.
• Select System > Apps & features.
• Select the program, then select Uninstall. Some apps that are built in to Windows can’t be uninstalled.
  
• Follow the directions on the screen.

As you have clearly described that the issue is with Unity Web Player not with game or browser and Unity Web Player is not developed by Microsoft. I suggest you to contact
