I purchased the Lifetime Player IAP from your ad for $19.99, with confirmed payment from a credit card, for a Windows 11 PC. However, I am unable to find it. Not in the download folder or any other places I looked

If you can't buy something in Asphalt 8 and it's giving you an error 6003, we suggest resetting the game as an initial workaround. Follow the steps below to reset the app:

• Go to Settings.
• Select System.
• On the left panel, click Apps & features.
• Choose the name of the game from the list, click it then select Advanced options.
• Click the Reset button.
• A pop-up dialog box will appear, click Reset again to confirm.

After doing so, check if you can now purchase from the game.

• Add a new payment method or change the payment method.

Like always, things are made difficult for the end user
