Windows 10: how do i activate win11 on a new pc

i've built a new pc yesterday, but now i'm facing the activation problem.my old pc is upgrade free from win7, win8 to win10, and in settings/activation it says "windows is activated with a digital license link to your account"my new pc is win11, i've login the ms account but it is not activated, i've try troubleshoot and the I changed hardware on this device recently option, but it only show me my old pcmy question is that does the digital license link to my ms account apply to win11 too? how can i activate my new pc.do i need to purchase a new license? i saw some online shop selling a license

Thanks ... very useful. Here is what I got ...

• Sure, my current boot method isn't right - using CSM
• Disk partition is off - fine ... just looking to install Win 11 to a brand new SSD and build my PC install around it might due boot between win10 and win11 for a while
• secure boot - I guess I can turn that on

Any suggestions? All I want to do is install Win11 on a new SSD and then think about which PC to put it in. Does it really matter if the installing PC isn't up to snuff / specs?

thanks that amd processor came from the listing it may be incorrect as suggested here. i do not want win11 but in a few years we all may not have much choice. so because i'm looking for the all in one type pc because for one i do not have space for a tower and where we use them we have space for laptops but the screen size is starting to be just to small. old age eyes if you know what i mean. we both now have to use the enlargement with ctrl and the scroll wheel to make text larger. so because i could not find that processor i asked here just in case i missed it as well, it kind of sounds like it is not there and so these pcs are not ready to run win11 if that happens to be the next OS requirement. thanks
