Windows 10: Why I can't appeal my account???

I entered my number and another one, but all I see is "Try another verification method." And it doesn't work. I'm so frustrated. I want to play, but this keeps popping up and I can't appeal. It says my account has been blocked. If there's a way to fix this, I'd love to know. Thanks.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

I wish I had a better course of action to suggest but the only solution I've seen posted here was by a user who reported the problem and asked for help via the Feedback link that's on nearly every MSN page. This person did this every day for about 6 weeks and finally got help.

There was, for a while, a more direct way to ask for help with a problem like his, but that's gone.
