Windows 10: WinSxS is Corrupted How to Fix?

Hello! I was going to ask you a question for an in-depth solution. Now, the events I am experiencing are very unusual. For example, a topic I asked: After Disk Cleanup in Windows 11, Updates Continue Screen Appears on Every Shutdown or Restart. This error is a unique error. That's why I am thinking of completely deleting WinSxS. I know it will be corrupted. However, if I don't fix this, my computer will go to a worse place. That's why I want to install WinPE on a USB and fix it. However, since I don't know WinSxS exactly, I would like someone to tell me how to do this. In short: -KB update

Are you able to follow them?

Before proceeding, please check if the same issue occur when logged in through a different user account.

Please perform the below steps and see if it helps to resolve the issue.

This issue may happen due to system file corruption. I suggest you to run System file checker. System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Kindly follow
the below given steps:

• Press Windows key + X, select
  Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
• In Command prompt type sfc/scannow and press enter.
• Restart the computer.

If no corrupted system files were found in the previous state, then I suggest you to try the following steps:

• Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.
• In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

• Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.

Modify the Security Descriptors on the Winsxs Folder

If the error message still pops up, it suggests that the problem has nothing to do with the disk errors. Then continue to check another possibility - the SFC utility cannot access the Winsxs folder (C:\Windows\winsxs) because of some issues with the folder's security descriptors.
Step 1: Open the command prompt by following the above steps.
Step 2: In the Command Prompt window, Type ICACLS C:\Windows\winsxs and press "Enter".
Step 3: Wait until the command is executed, then close the Command Prompt.
Step 4: Restart your computer and run SFC again to check if the problem has been fixed.
