Windows 10: I can't check my screen time

As you can see, I've already login my microsoft account on my windows laptop, but I still cannot check my screen time. What can I do?

  Type Lock screen in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Select Advanced Slideshow settings
  
• 
  Click on Turn off screen after slideshow has played for and select the time limit
