    It all started when I couldn't access the Start menu. Naturally, I turned to the internet for help. After some searching, I figured the best solution was to run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth on cmd.My fears were almost allayed until i ran sfc /scannowIt got stuck at 91%, it's been like this for at least an hour now, even as I type this.I was thinking about rebooting in safe mode, so naturally, Windows Key + R, ran msconfig > Boot, checked "Safe boot" and "Minimal," clicked "Apply" got this message "BitLocker Drive Encryption is enabled on your OS drive.
