Windows 10: Minecoin gift card difficulties

So I redeemed a gift card for 3500 minecoins yesterday, but it hasn't gone through yet. I verified my purchase history, all of my accounts are properly connected, everything I can think of, but there's just nothing. Does this just take more than a day to register, or do I have a problem?

I don’t know how to get minecoins with a Xbox gift card of pocket edition

So I got a Xbox gift card from some friends and since then I’ve been trying to get minecoins I’ve heard you tan get minecoins with a gift card but I never thought about pe so I’ve been wondering how I do it and no Microsoft’s shop doesn’t work I’ve redeemed it but when I but 1000 minecoins i5 doesn’t show in my acc Does anybody else know or have tips?
