Windows 10: when i download apps from windows 11 stor didn`t work

"When I download apps from the Windows 11 Store, they don't work."When I download a game or an application from the Windows 11 Store, the download process completes. However, when I try to open the application from the Start menu, the application I downloaded does not work."

Chrome/ App didn`t start

Thanks for your help but... it didn`t work, I get the same error...

I would like to try some more solutions before reinstalling the Windows, so if you can assist me a little bite more... ... it would be highly appreciated.

CAN"T DOWNLOAD OR UPDATE APPS FROM WINDOWS STORE

the problem still persist. when i tried method1: the reply was

:-Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

For method 2 also it didn"t showed any error and the Restorehealth was completed successfuly. but it didn"t helped.

whenever i download app from windows store it goes in to pending.and apps update are also unable to download

I've got this message today while I was trying to use Chrome and a Safe Pay (via an antivirus) application: "The procedure entry point IpRenewAddress could not be located in the dynamic..." (for each application). I`ve reinstalled Chrome several times, (deleting
also the related data in Program Files) bur didn`t work. Can you give me a hand with this please?

*Windows 10 has been updated 2 days ago but yesterday the apps worked properly.
