Windows 10: Windows 11 laptop won't let me factory reset or update

My laptop cannot install any new updates. I keep getting the error message: 0x800703f1. Nothing so far has helped, and any researching for a solution has not helped either. When i try use update troubleshoot it does not fix it it just says its made changes but hasn't helped at all. I tried to manually reset it but i couldn't find anything that helped when i tried or its either it didn't have proper instructions. I think the update thing is connected to the factory reset issue but i dont know.
